Description:
The Municipality of São Vicente launched the procedure for the Contract to renovate and adapt the old Escola das Ginjas (Caminho da Madeira) for Social Housing, which aims to adapt the existing infrastructure in Social Housing, which was formerly the Ginjas primary school, but which has been deactivated from its functions for some years now. This procedure is currently in the proposal evaluation phase. In this sense, it is necessary and essential to proceed with the acquisition of Services of Inspection and Safety Coordination in Construction Work for the renovation and adaptation of the old Escola das Ginjas (Caminho da Madeira) for Social Housing The execution of the tasks associated with the services to be contracted requires knowledge and specialized training and experience, particularly in the area of inspection, coordination and safety for the construction phase and related legislation The Municipality of São Vicente does not have the human and technical resources to carry out the present services object, according to the Human Resources Services Information contained in the annex to the process 71000000-8, Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
